This is such a cute dress made from French terry. It has a v-neck, a smocked empire waist, and pockets. It has a hole on a shoulder seam and a faint yellow spot on a sleeve (see photos.) It has a bit of fade, but looks really good overall. With a little TLC it could look even better!
