this is a bundle of two well worn twirl skirts with built in shorts (skorts) by Tea Collection.
Both matched lots of tops and were well-worn to the playground and day care. Because they are blue and green They also worked well with some of the boy tops in our closetMy daughter wore these while generally fitting sizes 18-24 months thru 3T
No major issues but some scuffs from daily wear + wash wear. Great for playground school daycare etc
