Tea Collection Wallpaper Party Dress Size 12 NWOT. I know it's wrinkled but it was never worn. My daughter stopped being girly and refused to wear this (and many other dresses) no matter how much I begged haha. Beautiful dress, thick fabric. Just needs a good press.

Update: I actually got a steamer and will steam it before sending :)
